Are there any distinctions from long-term rentals that should be taken into account?
Short-term rentals present a compelling alternative to hotels for corporate clients, offering the comforts of a home environment. These properties are typically furnished to a high standard and come equipped with essentials such as linens, towels, cutlery, crockery, and electrical appliances. Utilities are included in the rental price, with the exception of telephone services and broadband. Before the tenancy commences, we will conduct reference checks on the tenant, collect the full rent for the entire term in advance, and secure a security deposit.
